Vizznity — Your Vision. Our Innovation.

The same idea as everything else we build

Vizznity builds custom software that fits how a business already works, instead of asking the business to change to fit the software. These tools are the same idea, in smaller, free pieces — the fixes we kept rebuilding for ourselves and decided to put in one place.

01

Built from real files

Every tool started as an actual spreadsheet someone on our team was tired of fixing by hand.

02

Your data stays yours

Spreadsheet contents are processed in your browser tab and aren’t uploaded by these tools. How it works

03

Excel in, Excel out

Outputs are formatted to drop straight into a working paper file, not just a data dump.

04

Free, on purpose

These stay free. If your process needs more than a tool can do, that's what Vizznity builds.

How your data is handled

The short version: your spreadsheet is read and processed by your own browser. Here is the detail, including what does load from other servers.

What stays on your device

Your spreadsheet’s contents are read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. In a review of the source code of all six tools, we found no code that uploads files, sends analytics, or stores your data in cookies or browser storage. Results are saved only when you press a download button, and then to your own device.

What does load from other servers

  • Every tool page loads the SheetJS spreadsheet library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com.
  • This homepage and one guide load fonts from Google Fonts.
  • These requests tell those services your IP address and which page you opened — not the contents of your file.

Internet connection

A connection is needed each time a tool page opens, so the spreadsheet library can load. Once the page has fully loaded, processing happens on your device. The tools are not designed as offline apps.

Things outside the tools’ control

Browser extensions can read page content, downloaded files stay in your Downloads folder, and the web host serving this site receives ordinary page requests and may keep standard server logs. On a shared computer, clear your downloads afterwards.

Check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, run a tool, and confirm that no request carries your file.
